My cousin emailed me two days ago, and is seeking her great grandmother. She only has sketchy information, but I think it is possible to find her. Can you locate her for 1930 in, possibly or probably, Philadelphia? Here are excerpts that are not too personal to post: "Caroline Cooker Russell. Maybe Kooker ? Her daughter was Ada. Ada died in Gloucester, NJ in the 1960's I believe. Caroline passed away in Philadelphia in 1943 or somewhere around then. Caroline was my Great Grandmother whom I was named after." Thanks, Vince
