Please look-up Joaquim Bishop, head of family, living in Philadelphia, in the 1830 & 1840 Census. Joaquim would be 24-27 years old in 1830. In 1830, he may have been living by himself. By 1840 he was married with several young children. Bob George, Olympia, Washington.

I only see him in 1850 with a wife and 5 children, he is a machinist, b. Portugal.
