Since I couldn't seem to find him in 1880, I went back to 1850....there was no David Kenn* in Westmoreland in the 1850 index, which means they likely moved after he was born but before 1850. I found a David Kennedy about the right age in Luzerne co. in both 1850 and 1860, but could not find him later on married to a Sarah, which would have verified this one as being him.
