Hi Roxanne, Took a look at all the HOOVER in Clinton 1900 however none had a Lottie, closest find was an 11 yr old Elizabeth. Saw Lottie in the 1920 with a son Fred, thinking he was named after her father? However I see who appears to be Chester in the 19109 and he had a brother Fred so that may not work. Will keep looking, if you have any other information..Lottie's brother's/sisters/uncles ect. let us know.
