In 1860, Noel and his wife and children were all b. NY, so I looked for Edwards b. NY living in PA and did not find anything earlier than the 1860. I also looked for Nath* anywhere in the US but did not find one with a brother Noel (also checked for Noah since the name might have been mistranscribed).
