Can someone tell me what city & county I need to be looking in to find Otis McIlwaine in the 1930 census records? His birth was 08/05/1903. He was in Clearfield in 1910 & 1920. Wife was Laura Ellen b. 1906. Children were Robert C., & Betty L. Thanks for any help. Susan
