    3. Hi... I am trying to locate Rachel Smeltzer(hopefully the census taker hasn't changed the name, was Swaltzer in the 1880 Columbia Co, PA Census) in the 1880 Columbia Co, PA Census... She may be married to Thomas Smeltzer..not sure of his age, Rachel would be abt 36, have a child, Josephine, age abt 1 or 2, born in 1869.....may also have a son named Elwood, age 4..... Appreciate any help....thank you... Stephanie Grohol
