I would appreciate a lookup for James R. DUMPSON, b. 1909, in Philadelphia in 1930 (not sure of Ward). He was African-American. May have been in household of James (b. 1877) and Rachel L. (b. 1875) DUMPSON. Thanks. Fred Kelso
