Hi        Would someone look up in the 1930 Pa census Frank Williams Born 1891. Frank will most likely be found in the Scranton/ Wilkes-Barre area. Was a ww1 era vet, ( joined the P.N.G. IN 1913), white, both he and his parents were born in PA.  Thank You Art Williams
