I just learned that William George SELTZER, with his grandmom in 1930 in Philadelphia, married 1st, perhaps 1931-1932, an Edna TOOHEY. Supposedly she married William just to get away from her parents - ever heard that before!? I am wondering if anyone can find Edna for 1930 in Philadelphia?
