Dear Census Lookers: I'm hoping you have some more access than me and can do a blanket search of available census' for 1840 for PA for Hiram Simpson. I've been stuck on him for over 5 years now. He's my ggg grandfather. He appears in the 1850-1880 census for East Bethlehem Township, Washington County, PA. However, he's not there for 1840. I have no idea where he was before than or who his parents were. I don't even know where to search. He may even be living in another household and I'm not sure if the 1840 census includes that information. Anyway, if you can help I'm extremely grateful. Sincerely, Carole Clarke
