    3. Fran, First glance tells me that a page is missing, as pg 186 starts at Mc.. so the end of H throu Mc.. appears to be missing...if you pull up all of Addison twp in Somerset that year, you'll see the list of persons that don't appear although they are indexed on that page as well. I have seen this happen before. Perhaps someone with Ancestry can help out... 3. Fran What Household info do you want? Any Census records before 1850 Won't show Household Details Only the head of household will be named, all other members, including the wife will be bracketed (like females ages 10/30 ect), males the same way. Starting in 1850 they listed all members by name and age Lawrence Bergeron larrybergeron@earthlink.net Genealogy is not just a hobby it is a total obsession > [Original Message] > From: Branches & Lil' Twigs <epaurora@visuallink.com> > To: <PA-CENSUS-LOOKUP-L@rootsweb.com> > Date: 10/2/2005 11:50:08 AM > Subject: [PACEN] 1810 Heritage Quest missing information > > Hello, > > Does anyone have a way of obtaining a different format for the 1810, Addison Twp, Somerset Co, PA census. 1. 1920 / Fayette / KECER
    2. I understand that Ancestory has an all name index for 1920. Is Pennsylvania included? If so, I have been looking for this family. Hopefully, someone can find them through the children. KECER / KACER / KAYSER / GECIR / GETSER and any variation of name. From what I understand, it was pronounced GETZER Peter, b. c. 1875 , Austria/Hungary (middle initial M) don't know what it stands for Mary, b. c. 1870 , Austria / Hungary John, b. 1902, PA ? Mary, b. 1904/5, PA Adam, b. 1904 ?, PA Veronica/Vernie, 1911, b. PA Peter, b. 1924, PA I have them in 1930, Redstone , Brier Hill. My grandmother was born in Brier Hill in 1904/05, as I'm sure the younger ones were too. I have his Naturalization Papers and Military Registration dated 1918, with residence being Brier Hill, Fayette Co. So they are somewhere there! John died in 1927, so I'm anxious to find him on a census. I do not have this family in 1910, either. Thank you all so very much! Karen

    2. DJohnson
    3. From: <pennsylguy@aol.com> >> Where did the data you posted come from? The searchers need to know what year it was in which Robert was age 30. There was no 1855 census that I know of, just the 1860. Have you found Robert in an earlier census, and if so, what was the location of his residence then? << Sorry Fred....... should have been more precise. Robert WILKINSON'S age (and the other family members) was subtracted from an 1870 Vinegar Hill, Jo Daviess Co., Illinois, Census, his birth year was 1824 in Dirt Pot, Allenheads, Northumberland, England - therefore he was aged 30 in 1855. Once in Illinois he is listed in the 1860/1865/1870 Census', and then 1880 in Weeping Water, Cass, Nebraska. The only other Census listing I've found him in was the 1841 English Census. As can be seen he was well travelled - in New York 1852 and Pennsylvania 1855; but if as say, no Census was taken in Pennsylvania during 1855 then my request for the family's whereabouts has no merit. Thankyou. Regards - Derick.
