Received your message re: changing email addy. Double checked my address book and found that default address for list was correct (no L), but I hadn't changed the way it is displayed in messages. That's now been remedied. Let's see what happens Linda ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gail Steckel" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, October 19, 2006 9:12 PM Subject: Re: [PA-CENSUS-LOOKUP] Test > received.....did you see my message about changing the email address? Not sure if this will work, but will give it a try anyway. I am trying to locate an Ernest Vetter who was stationed with my husband in Viet Nam in 1969/70. They were in the area of Nha Trang. Ernest is in his late 50s and at the time was from PA. If anyone can help with getting these old buddies together we sure will appreciate it. Also if more info is needed for the search I may be able to add a little. Thanks and appreciate your time. Joyce

received.....did you see my message about changing the email address? using the new address, let's see how quickly this actually gets to the list...
Apparently with the new mail list comes a change in our mail address. When you send posts, you no longer have to include the "L". While the old address is still working for now, it might behoove you to change it in your address book - the new address for posting lookups is [email protected] The "L" and "D" - in the future - will only be useful for subscribing/unsubscribing to the list or digest mode. Ah, progress.....
