    3. ROGERS, GRIFFITH, MUTTON, PRYOR Louis, the 5-months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis ROGERS of Midway, died Monday from convulsions, having only been ill eleven hours. The infant is survived by his parents and grandparents. Funeral services were held at the home in Midway, with Rev. Auguste DEVOS of the McDonald French U. P. church, in charge, on Wednesday afternoon. Interment in Midway cemetery. Sons were born to Mrs. ROGERS and her sister, Mrs. Henry QUIVILLE of McDonald on April 20. The latter's son died in August. William A. GRIFFITH, a former resident of this place, died at his home in Steubenville on Friday, September 28. Mr. GRIFFITH was a well-known electrician and made his home here for a number of years, moving to Steubenville several years ago. He was born in Buffalo, N. Y. Besides his widow, two daughters survive. They are Mrs. Isabella MYERS and Wilma E. GRIFFITH, both of Steubenville. Mr. GRIFFITH was a member of Garfield Lodge, No. 504, F. and A. M. Funeral services were held from the home of J. B. MARSHALL, Kentucky avenue, Pittsburgh, Monday afternoon. William MUTTON, of Railroad street, died Tuesday evening from a complication of diseases. He was born in England, coming to McDonald 22 years ago. He is survived by two daughters and three sons: Mrs. Clara CHATTERLY of Imperial, Mrs. Ada PHILLIPS of Railroad street, James of Valley street, John of Enlow and Sidney of Lankshire, England; also one sister in England, and sixteen grandchildren survive. Funeral services this afternoon at two o'clock, conducted by Rev. J. M. BETTS, pastor of the M. E. church. Interment in Robinson's Run cemetery. Wallace PRYOR, aged 67 years, died suddenly at his home near Smith's Corners, Rockland township, at 5:00 o'clock Friday morning, September 21, 1928, after an illness of a few weeks duration. The deceased was born at Tionesta, Penna. on August 14, 1861, a son of John and Gertrude PRUDY PRYOR. With the exception of a few years in early childhood, he had spent his entire life in Rockland township. On April 11, 1882, he was married to Hattie SMITH who survives him, together with the following children: Mrs. Bessie FELTENBERGER and Mrs. Mildred DELONG of Rockland, Mrs. Ruth FELTENBERGER of Morris, Alice and Robert PRYOR of Polk. three sisters, Mrs. Charles FERRINGER of Salina, Mrs. Robert French of Middletown, Ohio and Mrs. Charles HERON of Oakdale and 19 grandchildren also survive. The funeral services were held at the family home on Sabbath afternoon with Rev. MARSHALL, pastor of the Rockland church, officiating. Interment was in the Rockland cemetery.
