John M. EWING has entered suit against the Pennsylvania company operating the Pittsburg, Cincinnati & St. Louis railway for $10,000 damages. The plaintiff alleges that on February 15 he attempted to alight from a train was carelessly and negligently started before the passengers had time to alight and he was thrown to the platform, breaking his nose and injuring his spine, which injury is said to be permanent. Primrose is the station where he received his injuries.
