WHEAT Engineer George K. WHEAT, Jr., was killed by an east bound fast train at Willow Grove Thursday morning. He and his fireman, J. S.CONNELLY, were coming off night turn from a local freight and stepped on the track just in time to be caught by "No. 2 east." WHEAT was instantly killed, and CONNELLY was badly injured about the head. The remains of the engineer were taken to the city. He was 30 years of age and leaves a wife and two children in Wheeling.
