List, I am at a complete road block!! I simply can't find my great grandmother anywhere with the exception of an early census. This is what I know for a fact: Elijah Phillips married Anna Eliza Douling in the late 1870's. Where they married we don't know. They had the following children: Albert E. Phillips - b. 1878 - Carnegie, Pa Anna May (my Grandmother) b. 1881 - Carnegie, Pa Willie (William we think) b. 1884 - Carnegie, Pa Edward R. - b. 1887 - Carnegie, Pa Elijah died 1897, he belonged to Star of the Valley org. (we can't find out anything about it) and the members came to his funeral. William L. m. Mathilda GRUNEBURG 1906, divorced and married again 1935. He then married Martha EVANS 1961 He died 1965. Edward died in a rail car accident 1922, his estate was handled by Helen PHILLIPS we assume was his wife. Anna May m. Alfred BIBEY (we don't know where) lived in Carnegie, had Carl Alfred b- 1901, Lois b. 1910 - d. 1911, Anna Eliza (middle name changed to Constance) b. 1913. Anna was my mother.
