WALL, CLARK, ALLAN, MCAULIFFE, ROBERTS, ANCHOR, SCOTT, BRUNER, GIBBS, DAVIS, WILLISON, LIGGETT The very Reverend Stephen WALL died Tuesday night at the parochial residence in Allegheny, in the 56th year of his age. His death was sudden and caused by heart disease. He was the vicar general of Pittsburg. A native of Ireland, he came to this country in September 1862. William Bruce CLARK, one of the oldest members of the Allegheny county bar, died on Monday at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. R. E. SULLIVAN, of Roquet street, aged 89 years. He was a graduate of Jefferson College, Canonsburg. He came to Pittsburg in 1865, and retired from active work in 1880. Miss Mary ALLAN, aged 20 years of McKeesport, died on Tuesday from the effects of injuries received in a fall last Friday. Florence MCAULIFFE, formerly well-known here as a baker, was run over and killed by a traction car in Pittsburgh last Saturday. The man, who was engaged in business with him here, MARTIN, it will be remembered, was killed on the railroad at Miller's Crossing. John T. ROBERTS died at the residence of his brother, Hamilton T. ROBERTS, South Side, Pittsburg, on the 24th ult. He was born in Canonsburg in 1824. His wife was Miss Sarah KELSO of Miller's Run. She died two years ago at Joliet, Ill., and was buried at Venice. They had three sons and three daughters, all of who are in the west. John T. ROBERTS was long known in Cecil and Chartiers as a carpenter and contractor. About fifteen years ago he was made a cripple for life by the fall of a bridge at Canonsburg. He served one term as county commissioner. The interment was at Venice U. P. cemetery. At Willow Grove, on the 30th ult., 5-year-old son of Charles ANCHOR. On the 27th ult., in the East End, daughter of Mr. R. G. SCOTT, aged one year. On the 28th ult., a son of Mr. Charles BRUNER, of Queen street, aged 13 months. On the 28th ult., at her home at Candor, of neuralgia of the heart, Mrs. GIBBS, aged about 65 years. Deceased was the mother of Mrs. Manson MATCHETT, of Candor. The funeral was on Thursday. At Willow Grove, suddenly on the morning of the 28th ult., John DAVIS. Deceased was a man in middle life, well known in McDonald and leaves a large family of children. In Pittsburg, on the 27th ult., of pulmonary embolism, Mrs. Maggie WILLISON, aged 34 years. The deceased was the wife of Samuel WILLISON, who lives near Hickory. The remains were taken home to Hickory for interment. Mrs. WILLISON was a daughter of James P. WELSH, of Chartiers township. A husband and four children are left. Mrs. William LIGGETT, of Independence, who several weeks ago fell and broke both arms, died from the effects of these injuries on Saturday morning. Erysipelas had set in. Deceased was 50 ?(30) years old. Her maiden name was COHNE and she was a daughter of Samuel COHEN once a resident of Hickory.
