Com. vs. Daniel MORAN, McDonald, selling liquor without license, on Sunday and to minors, keeping gambling and carrying concealed weapons; pleaded guilty; sentenced to pay costs, fine $500, workhouse nine months. Daniel MORAN was recalled and told by the court that it had come to light that he was an old offender and that therefore his sentence was increased to two years.
