Wow, your Papa Ozment was almost 100 years old. I have only found one other Ozment who had lived to be 99 years old. We all called my grandfather, Papa Ozment, too. That is what he wanted to be called. He was Roy Franklin Ozment, Sr. from Waco, McLennan County, Texas. If your tree goes through James Henry Ozment, Sr., his grandfather was Robert Ozment [most people think his middle name was Lafayette, also]. Robert was born in England around 1710. I have been to the Ozment Cemetery in Burns City, Cooke County, Texas outside of Gainesville. It is a beautiful little cemetery. Let us know your tree if you don't mind. We will share with you what little we have. If you have any questions or requests, please ask. Lon Martin Amarillo, Texas P.S. I have one sister who is living in Mustang, Ok.
