Hi List! I have had this tidbit floating around here, and it is not a family I am researching, so I thought I'd post it in case someone else needs it. My note to myself says "wife of James T Ozment of Rutherford Co TN." I cannot tell you how I determined that, so take it with a grain of salt. Graves Co KY Newspaper Archives: "Wednesday, November 30, 1910, from Benton, Marshall County KY: Mrs Kittye Ozment, a well known widow about 55 years old, died here Monday, November 28, 1910 after having been sick several days. She was a well known Christian woman and was the wife of the late James T Ozment, and leaves a son and two daughters." The next week there is this newspaper abstract, which is either a correction of the date of death, state of health, and age of Kittye above, or is another lady entirely. I do think, however, that the Rutherford County note I made was based on some investigation at the time, and will prove out for Kittye. So now I wash my hands of these two. "Tuesday, December 6, 1910: Mrs James Ozment, 66, respected lady, died at her home in south Benton Saturday after an illness of six months." ~Elizabeth
