    3. I found this on the Saline Co., IL Genweb Page at http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilsaline/2obits1922.txt. It is an excerpt from the Eldorado Journal, describing the aftermath of a bad storm that hit the town of Harrisburg on Sunday, July 23, 1922: "The large chimney on the palatial residence of Thos. L. Ozment on Walnut street was struck by lightning and considerable damage done. Mrs. Ozment was stunned and it was thought for a time that her hearing had been affected, but from this she soon recovered. When this fine residence was being erected another chimney in the home was struck by lightning and much damage done." The same transcriber also had excerpts from the paper that named Thos. L. Ozment as a member of the grand jury for Saline County, IL, and named Dr. Freeman H. Ozment, of Harrisburg, as Coroner, at least between 1917-1919. Both were mentioned in reports of inquests and deaths that were reported in the news articles. Caroline Miller
