Signed sealed and declared this 18th day of September in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and twenty two as my lst will and Testament. Joh Osmon Seal In presence of the Subscribing Witnesses who have attested the aforesaid Will in presence of the Testator and of each Other and who have attested the Said Will at the Instance and request of the Testator aforesaid James X Jenkins Rob't H. Goldsborough The age of the Testator at the time of signing this was supposed to be 96 years Talbot County Lst} 16th day of a November 1822 } Then came Molly Ozment the Executrix named in the within will and made oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God that the within Instrument of writing is the true and whole will and Testament of John Ozment, late of Talbot County, deceased that Page 96 hath come to her hands or possession and that she doth not know of any other Cert'd by Ja Price, Reg'r of Wills for Talbot County Talbot County Sst } 15th day of March 1823} Then came Rob't H. Goldsborough, Esqr. One of the Subscribing witnesses to the ____ Last Will and Testament of John Ozment late of Talbot County, dec'd and made oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God that he did see the Testator herein named sign and seal this will that he heard him publish pronounce (guess) and declare the same to be his last will and Testament, that at the time of his __ ____ he was to the best of his apprehension of sound and disposing mind memory and understandings and that he together with Ja___ Jenkins the other subscribing witness, respectfully subscribed their names as witnesses to this will in the presence and at the request of the said Testator, and in the presence of each other.
