Signed sealed and declared this 18th day of September in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and twenty two as my lst will and Testament. One of the Subscribing witnesses to the ____ Last Will and Testament of John Ozment late of Talbot County, dec'd and made oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God that he did see the Testator herein named sign and seal this will that he heard him publish pronounce (guess) and declare the same to be his last will and Testament, that at the time of his __ ____ he was to the best of his apprehension of sound and disposing mind memory and understandings and that he together with Ja___ Jenkins the other subscribing witness, respectfully subscribed their names as witnesses to this will in the presence and at the request of the said Testator, and in the presence of each other.
