This person also has an extensive database but is probably unwilling to share any new information. Both are listed as having the same birthday (23 Apr 1822 in Wilson Co, TN). One possibility is that they are one and the same person; and there is an error in parentage from part of the sources. A second possibility is that they are in fact two different individuals who just happened to be born at about the same time to brothers James and Alfred. Of course, there is also the possibility that they are two distinct individuals AND that they were born on the same date. I will keep them separate until I can get more definitive information.
