Who did the women marry? I was also given this information about John Lafayette Ozment: <<He moved to northern Mississippi along with the Fraziers. Later moved to Arkansas with the other Ozments about 1845. About 1850 he went to Texas to join his son, John Jasper Ozment who was there with some of John L's other children, 8 girls and 6 boys. His son James G. Had 14 girls and 2 boys.>> Isn't this from the Arthur Jolley letter? Hasn't he confused a son of John Lafayette Ozment's with the son of James H. Ozment, Jr? Am I to assume that the children listed under John L. Ozment are also wrong? Was there really a John Lafayette Ozment? Anyone have documentation on this?
