Ozment and Mary Ella Sawyer were married in Charlotte, Mecklenburg, NC. My side of the family were far removed in distance, so the information I have from my older relatives differs, but I trust her info more than mine. I have lost contact with her (rats!) and she was my only connection. She also has a John Ozment and Mary Collier married about the same time and is unsure what maiden name to go with for Mary Ella. They would have been married in the 1870's.
