    2. >From Jackson's Oxford Journal, Saturday, August 7, 1802; Issue 2571. BY ORDER OF GOVERNMENT, WILL be SOLD by AUCTION, without reserve, By Mr. WILLIAM SIMMONS, On Thursday the 19th Day of August, 1802, at the Mansion House, late in the Occupation of French Emigrants, in Thame, in the County of Oxford, - Part of the HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE; consisting of one Hundred and Twenty-six Bedsteads, with Sacking Bottoms, forty-one large Deal Dressing Tables, ten Dozen and a Half of Flag-Bottom Chairs, twenty-six Sets of Fire Irons, consisting of Tongs, Pokers, Shovels, Fenders, and Grates, two large Coppers, with Iron Work and Brick Work complete, and two Stove-Grates, with Tunnels, etc. The Goods are in good Condition, being nearly new, and may be viewed three Days previous, but not on the Morning of Sale, which will begin at Ten o'Clock. Catalogues may be had of the Auctioneer, Thame. On the same Day, the first Lot to be sold will be the Remainder Part of the Lease of the above Mansion House, Out Houses, large Garden, etc. pleasantly situated in the High Street, fit for Accommodation of a large Family. N.B. The Lease expires fifteen Days previous to Lady Day, 1809. - Immediate Possession may be had.
