Dear Jill Yes, I was wondering, I must admit, as I have seen somewhere before, a photo of Weald Manor Bampton and although grand by my standards, didn't look as impressive as the Manor House Bampton. I have confitrmed this by looking at google eart north west of the church, where is situated the Manor house, whereas Weald Manor is south west of the church, on the edge of Bampton.
