Thanks for pointing that out David. We have done a recheck & that is exactly how Jacksons Oxford Journal printed the item. However on checking other Newspapers for the report both the Liverpool Mercury & the Huddersfield Chronicle state that the will was dated May 6th & he died July 4th.
