Yes indeed I found That 1763 Thos Lankshear was indentured as an apprentice to Absalom MONK of Burford Oxfordshire which is about 8 miles from Thomas's birth place of Clanfield. Absalom was a coachmaker a lot different to Thomas's future occupation in farming.....
