DIED. - Nov. 14, at Swinbrook Mill, in his 55th year, Mr. Emanuel MOSS , only surviving brother of Mr. Joseph MOSS , coal merchant, of the Five Alls Inn, Filkins. Nov. 15, in his 70th year, Mr. Robert FARMER , of Filkins; he was esteemed by a large circle of friends, and was considered by his numerous employers, as a builder, a person of strict integrity.
