    2. >From Jackson's Oxford Journal, Saturday, January 16, 1847; Issue 4890. This is to give Notice that, by an Indenture bearing date the 8th day of Jan. 1847, MARY ANN GADNEY , of the city of Oxford, in the county of Oxford, dealer in Berlin wool, hath assigned all her Estate and Effects whatsoever to James LINDSAY , of Bread-street, in the city of London, importer of Berlin wool, and Abel QUARTERMAN , of the city of Oxford aforesaid, breeches maker, as Trustees upon Trust for the benefit of all the creditors of her the said Mary Ann GADNEY; and that the said Indenture was duly executed by the said Mary Ann GADNEY and Abel QUARTERMAN on the said 8th day of January 1847, and by the said James LINDSAY on the 12th day of January 1847, and which Indenture, as to the execution thereof by the said Mary Ann GADNEY and Abel QUARTERMAN , was witnessed by Thomas MALLAM , jun., of Oxford aforesaid, solicitor, and as to the execution thereof by the said James LINDSAY was witnessed by William Barnes TARRANT , of No. 2, Bond-court, Walbrook, in the city of London, solicitor.
