William FRANKLIN was committed for one month's hard labour for neglecting to maintain his family. Jan. 2. - Before the Mayor; and E. PAYNE , Esq. Charles KING ,of the Coachmakers' Arms, was fined 10 shillings, including costs, for keeping open his house after eleven o'clock on Sunday night, the 24th of December.
