    3. Dear Alan, I think this backs up what people have said so far: not sure if these are all the only Auger entries in the Bletchington registers, but were in my notes from when I was researching someone else's tree! Christenings: 2 November 1902 Auger, Dorothy Evelyn d. Frank Edward & Ellen, coachman, Bletchingdon. 27 September 1903 Auger, Ethel d. Frank Edward & Ellen, coachman, Bletchingdon. Marriages: 19 Apr 1902 Auger, Frank Edward, 30, bach, coachman, Bletchington s. George game-keeper Stone, Ellen, 22, spin, Bletchington, d. Henry, publican. Wit: George Frederick Robertson, Arthur Annesley, Blanche Evelyn Robertson, by banns. Hope that helps, Sarah. -----Original Message----- From: oxfordshire-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:oxfordshire-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Alan Nelson Sent: 23 March 2011 10:55 To: OXFORDSHIRE-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [OXF] 1911 definition query As part of a one name study focussed on Auger on the 1911 census I spotted a Dorothy Auger aged 08 born Bletchingdon residing with George Robertson aged 40 born Moulton Northampton with his wife Ellen aged 55 born Midford Sussex The said Dorothy is described as a grandchild yet George and Ellen declare they have been married 15 years and also state no children born alive and who remain alive 1911 location Hope and Anchor Public house George Street Any ideas please _____________________________________________ Oxfordshire Surname Interest list - www.oxsil.org.uk Have you entered your names of interest? ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to OXFORDSHIRE-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
