I have sent this out before and I apologize for those who have seen it. DO'ing for new folks on the list. In 1985, Addison Owings published the 3rd Edition of his excellent book on Captain Richard Owings and his family. This book is a priceless work for those of who descended from this early Maryland pioneer. A group of us are trying to get the book reprinted and the goal is 50 copies at $67.50 a copy and we are at 44. No new data will be added. This is likely the last time it will be reprinted and Addison will NEVER do edition 4. If you are interested and/or looking for the perfect gift for an Owings descendent or your local library, contact me and get on the list. The next level after 50 is 100 and unless you want 56, we will never get that high. At 50, I am cutting it off and ordering. After that, you are on your own.
