Owings, who corresponded with Abraham Lincoln but here goes. I suspect that this is Joshua warfield Owings born 26 feb 1790, died 28 May 1886. He had a Dau., Mary Colgate Owings who married Charles Lucas Hunt 6 Apr. 1842. He was born abt. 1820 in St. Louis, MO. I would like very much to obtain a copy of that correspondence, should you have it. I am willing to pay all expenses
