Sarah is the daughter of Joshua and Elizabeth Howe Owings. Joshua is the son of Joshua and Mary Cockey Owings - my 6th great grandparents. Mary's family established Cockeyville, Maryland, conversely, the Owings - Owings Mills, Maryland. Bath County, Kentucky adjoins Bourbon.
