He died in Greene Co., Mo. in 1866 and buried in Garoutee Cem near Republic. None of the information I have on my Henry O. is in the Owings and Allied Families book. Many, many of the Owens family are named Henry and William. Could you give me other names? Have you looked in North Carolina; my part of the Owens family left MD, then went to NC in the mid 1700,s. (Rowan, Davie especially) If any of this sounds familiar I might be able to help. Could you tell me how you were able to download the Owens & Allied Families book to your computer?
