Dec 10, 1923 d. Sept 6, 1999 he was born in Tacoma Washington. He was married to Corrine Smith. My GGrandfather was Harry V. Owings Married Jennie(last name unknown) He was born in Iowa I Know that he had 6 sons and 1 daughter. I do not know when he came to Washington state but I do know that he was here in 1910.
