Especially down my line. Wow! I do have a correction to make from the Owings & Allied book & that is about my grandmothers first name spelling. I want to make sure everyone knows exactly how it's spelled for their own records incase she is in their family ancestory paper-work. I have my parents (Milford & Carol W. Owings, Jr.) divorce records & it clearly states Ma's name spelling as Eulalia. She was a witness with testimony for Milford. I do know my grandfather (Milford, Sr.) use to call Ma "Eulalie" & "Lalie" for short. (Pronounced Lay-Lee) My mother also calls her Eulalia to this day. Anyway...just want to make sure everyone has the records down right & knows Eulalia with an e at the end is merely a nickname. I hope this helps someone.
