Owings, Jr.) divorce records & it clearly states Ma's name spelling as Eulalia. She was a witness with testimony for Milford. I do know my grandfather (Milford, Sr.) use to call Ma "Eulalie" & "Lalie" for short. (Pronounced Lay-Lee) My mother also calls her Eulalia to this day. Richard Owings and his parentage is not known - although several theories exist. I have been working with a small group of researchers for some two years now and we have come to the conclusion that the answers to Richard lay within the skills of an experienced Welsh researcher for several reasons - Welsh patronymics being chief among them. To that end, we have made arrangements with the Director of Research for Achievements LTD, of the U.K.. The research fee is some $800 dollars and we currently have raised $400 dollars and would invite others to engage with us for this endeavor.
