I will have a hard time posing my question, because of my lack of computer verbosity. So here goes: Here is the scenario: The computer screen locks up and you CAN still click the control+alt+delete thereby bringing up the "Close Program" dialog where it will state that the Msimn is "not responding." Sometimes when you delete the "msimn (not responding)", then you can go to your e-mail. Sometimes when you delete the "msimn (not responding)", then you can't go to your e-mail. Sometimes when you delete msimn (when it doesn't say "msimn (not responding") then you can get your e-mail. Sometimes when you delete msimn (when it doesn't say "msimn (not responding)" then you can't get you e-mail. Can anybody give me any information about this "msimn." Thanks. Dee
