Thanks so much for your help. I usually change the font to l4 pt. to make it easier for him to read. I did what you said and the color is Black so perhaps a clitch is changing the color when I use the larger font. He has a program to enlarge the print so maybe I should try to send it in 9pt.(the setting for my computer) and see if that changes anything.
