I doubt that using a larger font size has anything to do with its' color ,,,, You are right about one thing, if he uses a program to enlarge the print, you should send in your normal font size and let his program do the enlarging. His color problem could also be in his enlarging program which is why I ask in my reply if he was having a color problem with other peoples email or just yours. ,,,,, you did not answer that question. Neither do we know if he is using a third party program or the Microsoft Accessibility tools ,,,, Microsoft has all kinds of Accessibility tools for people with disabilities, all he has to do is install the ones he needs. ,,,, Open the OE Help file and search for Accessibility to read about them. The fact that your msg.'s to this list are Black suggests that the problem is on your Cousins end ,, not yours. to be sure, you could send me (off list) an HTML msg. exactly like you would send to your cousin (in 14 pt. font) and see if it is yellow for me.
