Can anyone sched any light on the following. Today, one of our member of staff was on a customer's site setting up their Internet browser of which they have done many times before but for some reason they could not display any web-pages. The dial-up was fine. ie connecting to the Internet. DNS servers were also fine but their browser would just not find anything. He did a repair of the browser, as I suggested, but got a message saying it could not be repaired and that I should run the setup program. He ran iesetup.exe again and the program seemed to install but when the machine rebooted I got an error message 'Unable to find the function 'DllregisterServer' in the file c:\winnt\system32\comcat.dll. I clicked on OK and got An error occurrec calling dllregisterserver in c:\winnt\system32\asctrls.ocx hresult=80004005. He tried IE again and as before, it connected OK but then I could not see any web pages. I am guessing this is either a Windoze or IE problem. Any comments appreciated John Stevens MAM Software Ltd
