Dick and Listmembers, Here's what I do to copy an error message (this is assuming that my system didn't lock-up): 1) Click on the "Details" button 2) Highlight the text 3) Click the right mouse button and select "Copy" 4) Open Notepad 5) Select "Edit-Paste" from the drop down menu 6) Print the error message You will have to type in the "This program has performed an illegal operation...." part.
