My document folder file icons/lists are constantly disordering themselves (un-alphabetizing themselves). They do this almost immediately after I have been thru the "resort the icons" by name procedure. Does anyone know how to make the "File View" settings stick so my folders/files will stay alphabetized. I have tried all the "Start, Settings, Folder Options" view settings to no avail. It doesn't help to apply and restart either. This all seemed to start about the time I installed IE 5.5. Has anyone else been bothered by this. Really is a pain! Dee

Dee, are you using the right mouse button in an empty space within My Documents and then arranging icons by name there? I am not sure that is what you are saying here. I use IE 5.5 and have no problem keeping My Documents in alphabetical order using this method.
