I have been using my character map for some time, but now it isn't working right. It works with my ICQ messages, but not my e-mail...what's happened? Jen in AL

Well ,,,, I guess I am going to have to play dumb here, are you talking about the special characters that can be inserted into documents by using the Alt. key + a number on your right numeric key pad ???? If not, please explain in MUCH more detail what is happening.
