I need help again : ) I must have contacted the kak virus. The first hint of it was everytime I booted up... a dialog box popped up stating that this kak file could not be imported. I didn't think much of it...but it was annoying. Yesterday, I checked my PC with the McAffee virus scan (which I have had all along..so how did I get it?? I pay attention to the McAffee warnings and will not open anything that remotely resembles their warnings.) I found it by using my McAffee Scan....and I think they got rid of it. But I don't know what damage was done in the process. Now before every message I send, a dialog box pops up saying "Warning: The signature file specified does not exist The signature feature has been disabled." But otherwise, I have found no other problems ...as of yet!! Can anyone tell me if they have run across this virus..or know what is the meaning of the signature file box popping up, since "deleting" the virus? Thanks so much for any help!
