There isn't even a header to look at... The empty ones with some header info were not all from the same source. Jennifer S. Braswell Luke 2:30-32 [email protected]
It is probably premature but it is beginning to look like the problem is at your ISP or some other mail relay point. From what little info. you have sent me I see from the blank messages that both the Sender and recipient use the same ISP. I assume that all your other mail is displayed as they should, and this tells you that the problem is more than likely not in your machine. There are cases where not having OE set up properly can cause mail to display in weird ways, such as receiving an email in a foreign language and you are not set up to handle it, or someone Replies to a message and don't have the option set to use the same format as the received message, or the option to "Include the original message" in Replies is not set (if the replier fails to type in something, a blank message will be sent). In the meantime, try to collect more clues: 1. Are the blanks in HTML or Plain Text format ,,,, or both 2. Are the blanks New Mail, Replies or Forwards ,,,, or all three You might also call your ISP support and tell them you are receiving blank messages with partial or no headers and ask them if they are having problems with their mail server. Waiting for more info.
